…ادامه می‌دهم، در جایی جنگ واقعیت عینی در برابر تجربه ذهنی ام تمام می‌شود و پس مانده‌ها در حالت بالقوه‌ی ماده می‌شوند راوی؛ راوی نه از جنس روایت‌کننده بلکه قرارگرفته در جایگاه روایت‌گر.
پس مانده‌ها بیش از این که روایت‌گر خود بر دیگری باشند خویش را در برابر خویشتن عریان‌تر می‌کنند.
همه‌چیز ناقص است و تنها فقدان جای خالی را پر می‌کند.
